Service Warranty Policy

Mr. Keyman provides a limited warranty on certain locksmith services as outlined below. This warranty is intended to ensure proper workmanship and functionality at the time of service.

What Is Covered

Mr. Keyman offers a limited warranty on the following services:

• Car key cutting
• Key fob programming
• Transponder key programming
• Smart key programming

The warranty covers functionality related to the cutting and programming performed by Mr. Keyman at the time of service.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage after service (drops, water damage, broken shells, worn buttons)
• Lost or stolen keys or remotes
• Vehicle electrical, immobilizer, ECU, BCM, or ignition system issues
• Normal wear and tear
• Customer-supplied parts
• Issues caused by vehicle modifications or previous repairs by third parties
• Battery replacement issues unrelated to programming

Warranty Period

Warranty coverage applies only to the original service performed and is valid for a reasonable period following completion of service. Warranty claims must be reported promptly after the issue is discovered.
